The rules of the road.

1. What this is

Affordabite is a map of cheap eats. Listings can be out of date at any time, so confirm with the restaurant before you rely on anything here. We may add, change or remove listings at any time.

2. Where it comes from

Listings are compiled from public information and from people who contribute. Prices and deals are as observed and may have changed; the restaurant decides what it honors. Tax and tip figures are estimates.

3. Your contributions

You are responsible for what you submit, and you confirm it is first-hand, truthful and not meant to harass or defame anyone. You keep ownership of it and give Affordabite a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, edit, adapt, display and publish it in connection with Affordabite. We may edit, decline or remove contributions. We are not the publisher of user content (47 U.S.C. § 230). If a claim arises from something you submit, you agree to cover it.

4. No warranties, no liability

You use the Site at your own risk. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affordabite and the people who run it are not liable for anything arising from the Site, including inaccurate information or your dealings with a restaurant. If a court nonetheless finds liability, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Site.

5. Restaurants

Listings are built from public information; a business does not need to sign up to appear. To report an error, email team.affordabite@gmail.com and we will look into it.

6. Please don't

• Submit false information
• Harass or defame anyone
• Scrape, bulk-copy or access the Site by automated means without our written permission
• Abuse rate limits
• Use the Affordabite name or design
• Break the law

We may restrict access to protect the Site.

7. Age, law, changes

Not for children under 13. California law applies; disputes go to the courts in Los Angeles County. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Affordabite about the Site. We may change them at any time; continued use is acceptance.
